New Publication: Teens and the Law Handbook Now Available!
|
| |

The Barristers of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association have assembled this handbook as a useful resource to help navigate the most pertinent Michigan laws applicable to teenagers, such as laws concerning driving, alcohol and drug use, among others.
Please feel free to distribute it to Michigan parents, teens and teachers who could use this information. But, please note that laws are always changing and this handbook is not intended to constitute legal advice. It is simply an overview of the basic laws governing these various topics.
